My Progress a year later...

Well' it has been a Year and I'm still on that road maintaining a healthy lifestyle, But I have change things up a bit, I'm not in the gym 5 days a week anymore instead, I'm working out in my home and walking daily.. My eating habits haven't change, I'm still on a Limited diet, with all the good stuff your body needs to stay healthy, like  fruits, veggies, lots of fiber, protein and plenty of water. I detox also once a month by drinking teavana tea which is excellent for those tea lovers like myself...Once in a while I do treat myself with a Gluten Free' Spinach and Feta Pizza which is so Delicious along with some Weight Watchers Cookie Dough Ice cream.. Yummy!!! I also enjoy Pop Chips and Chewing on some Orbit Gum. Don't let people convince you that you can't enjoy certain foods.. I' ve done it and didn't blow -up LOL, you just have to learn your portions and don't be discourage if you relapse...

Today I have lost 62 pounds and I did nice and slow without burning myself out.  I want to encourage everyone that's on the path of loosing weight go at your own pace and don't get caught up in these fast, overnight weightloss programs.. because most is a scam and out to get you for your paper. Loosing weight slow will get you the better results......
