Patricia McKinney Presses On!!!
Hello everyone it's September 20th 2012 and it has been a Long journey of Success for me..It's been 10 months since I started my weightloss journey and today I feel great!! I have so far lost a Whopping 52 pounds and I have 15 more pounds to go... As I continue to press towards my goal I stay focus with staying on the plan that brought me here in the first place... diet, exercise and eating healthy, the best way to shed the pounds, and for me I did it nice and slow without burning myself out. My Goal is a size 6" so wish me "Luck" for the last pounds seems like the hardest ones to loose, but I can do all things through Christ that Strengthens me...
