The Spring have arrived !!!!
Now that the Spring have finally crept up on us.. It's time to take it outside... I know for me the gym can get a little boring and Dark so now that the weather have change we can get in a 90 min workout for 5 days a week for the next 30 days....
So Ladies we can start off by stretching our muscles and then walk, walk around your neighborhood at least 5 times if permitted then bring it back in with some jumping jacks and body movement of the arms, legs and tummy area.. It's simple. I lOST 50 POUNDS JUST ON THE TREADMILL ALONE. but again a change a seneary is always a plus..
All that extra workout plans you see on T.V. is not all that necessary it will only burn you out and your pockets out too LOL! do what's good for you and start off slow, Plus changing your intake is also a must. Cut way back on Sugar and carbs and eat more Veggies, Fiber, Fruit, Protein and drink lot's a water.. Remember it's all about being consistence and motivated...
Alright Be encourage! even if you fall back a little, remember it's all about crawling before you can walk... And "Never" beat up yourselves when your not able to reach the goal your looking for... Just know it's a process. Start off simple..
