A little exercise a day, can go a long way

We all have days when we lack motivation, but the key is to get up and move! Sometimes you have to take the first step! Don't over do it and then get frustrated when you don't see immediate results. Start your exercise routine in small steps. A daily walk is a good way to get you going.
