Exercising is not always about going to your local gym. Among many other things, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning the windows, doing yard work, or washing the car for 15-30 minutes can easily make up for a missed day, helping to burn just about the same amount of calories while also strengthening your upper body.
