Hydrating ourselves properly is important for our overall health, because without it, we become dehydrated, meaning our bodies don't have the essential amount of water to function normally. If we think about the percentage of water that we lose every day when we sweat, breath and go to the bathroom, you can kind of get an idea of just how much water we should be consuming daily.
Not only is water needed for hydration, but it's also the best way to cut back on drinking unnecessary calories.
