Day 26...

The more we sweat, the more calories we burn, and spending time in the sauna opens up our pores, helping to flush out the waste products like pollutants and other chemicals that causes the body to lack luster.
It also helps with the aches and pains that you may be experiencing after hitting your exercise routine. Always remember to properly hydrate yourself before spending time in the sauna to avoid dehydration.
