Clean Eating...

 
Cleaning up your eating habits is just as important as working out. The most common misconception about losing weight is that people assume they can eat whatever they want in large quantities, as long as they work it off later on. Bad eating habits can lead to little to no progress, and can stagnate you from seeing the results that you've been working towards. Being mindful of what you intake and how much of it you consume is one of  the greatest tools for your health and weight loss journey.
