Loosing weight can often be a fighting battle, but what I've learned threw this entire process is that if you don't put your hard work into it, you won't get anything out of it.  Remember, this movement is called Persistence , Motivation & Perseverance and that's what it's going to take for you to shed those pounds and stay fit...
