Do What Works For You!

 
 It can be hard finding an effective routine to stick with. The best advice I can offer is to do what works for you, because what may work for someone else may not work for you. We're all built differently, and we all have bodily limitations, we just have to listen to them. Don't over work yourself trying to keep up with someone else. Find out what caters to your body's needs.
