Grocery Shopping 101...

 
 
Learning to grocery shop for the proper food is essential. If you know that your weakness is junk food, don't buy it! Putting yourself in compromising situations like that can lead you back to square one, especially when you have little to no restraints.
While grocery shopping, trade the chips in for a more beneficial snack that's high in protein to keep you full, like Greek yogurt and fruit. If you're still lacking the crunchiness that you're craving, substitute it with a little bit of granola or pistachios. It's all about strategizing, and mixing things up.
Food is fuel, and when you put all of those unhealthy things in your body, it slows you down and makes you tired. Be good to your body, and it'll be good to you!
