Does Skinny Equal Healthy?

 
 
Being skinny doesn't mean that you are healthy or in shape. Overall health is way more than what the physical eye can see. There are tons of skinny people who struggle with running laps, walking up the steps, and who consume a lot of unnecessary calories daily. Those habits ultimately lead to heart disease, whether you're a size zero or a size 20 in jeans. Turning around your eating habits and staying active should be top priority, not just for the satisfaction of what your reflection will show when you look in the mirror, but so that you can live a healthier lifestyle in general!
