How to incorporate Flaxseed Meal In Healthy Diet!

Flaxseed Meal is rich in nutrients, and can be used in many dishes.
 

 
Sprinkle ground flaxseeds on some hot or cold cereal, vegetables, salads, smoothies, shakes, or you can
add it to your homemade muffins, cookies, or even bread recipes.
I love using it to bread my chicken before it cooks!
